WRITTEN TEST: You will have to appear for the Admission test, where we test the candidate’s ability for the following aspects: Creativity and Innovation, Visual and Design Skills, The ability to articulate ideas effectively, Digital Proficiency, Collaboration & Empathy, Conceptual Thinking, Awareness of Design’s Role in Society, etc.

PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION: Get ready to showcase your creative journey at the time of the personal interview through your portfolio because it is a window into your creativity, skills, and potential. It should reflect your passion for design and your ability to think, create, and communicate effectively.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Have a conversation with our faculty to discuss your potential and vision. Weʼll ask about your background, experiences, and what drives your passion for design. Be ready to share the story behind your creative journey.
Eligibility Criteria
M.DES (MASTER OF DESIGN)
- Applicants must preferably hold a degree in design or a related field, such as Architecture, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or Visual Communication, from a recognised institution.
- A minimum score of 50% is required in the qualifying examination.
Number of Seats
M.Des (Master of Design): 30 Seats per career track
Application Evaluation Process
Applications will be assessed based on the following criteria:
Designversity Entrance Test, Portfolio Review, and Personal Interview.
Application Requirements
To complete the application process, applicants must submit:
- A fully filled and signed application form.
- A photocopy of academic transcripts (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- A passport-sized photograph.
- A digital portfolio in soft copy format (PDF or PPT).
- A signed Statement of Purpose (450 words).
Applicants should ensure all required documents are accurate and complete to streamline the evaluation process.
Selection Criteria
Final grades to get into DESIGNVERSITY are equally divided between Examinations (50%) and Portfolio evaluations (50%) & Professional interviews.
Fee Structure
ONLINE MASTERS OF DESIGN (M DES)
- INR 1,50,000 per year (excluding tax).
